TLLCCF Mission

The TLLCCF is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to making America better by improving early care and education. We do not run child care facilities. We are not a government agency, nor do we have a direct responsibility to any specific child care organization. Our role is to enhance the lives of children and staff in the child care community, and to heighten the awareness of the public to the need and definition of quality child care. We are a National Foundation supporting child care teachers and quality early care and education programs throughout the United States.

Our Mission is to:

  • Improve the quality of child care for all children
  • Support and elevate the status of child care teachers and providers
  • Raise awareness of the need for affordable, quality child care
  • Partner with businesses and government in making child care a priority
